Tens of millions rely on Medicaid for basic and life-saving healthcare. Our hospitals and nursing homes are understaffed. One unexpected medical bill or lost paycheck can push a family over the edge. Our loved ones— and their caregivers—deserve better.

Federal education cuts threaten the students who need support the most—kids in low-income schools and students with disabilities.Programs like Title I and IDEA provide vital services in classrooms every day. Cutting them puts our kids and their educators at risk. Our kids and their teachers deserve better.

That’s why we came together—students, parents, working people, veterans, and seniors—to put families first. The fight for our future cuts across age, race, and background.

We believe in an America where every child can attend a public school that helps them achieve their dreams—regardless of where they live, the color of their skin, their ability, or how much their family earns. Where every family has access to affordable, quality health care through programs like Medicaid. Where every worker has the freedom to organize and negotiate fair wages and safe working conditions. Where every senior can count on a secure retirement.

But now, the people who are supposed to represent us have put those critical services on the chopping block. We are fighting for opportunity, dignity, and respect for all—not just the wealthy few. That means protecting public services, defending our freedoms, and building strong communities where everyone has a real chance at the American dream.
